How to request a refund

To start a refund, email us at konradmtrader1@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue. We respond to every request within 24–48 hours.

No-hassle refunds

In most cases you will not need to ship the item back. Once your request is approved, we will issue your refund. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please include a photo so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or a full refund.

When you will get your money back

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
